Theory of Change
Data, action, and impact. This is how AdvanceOC is working to help Orange County communities thrive. We believe the first step to systemic change is to establish a common baseline that can bring community stakeholders together. Only by collecting and analyzing local data can we create community-centered, equity-focused solutions to improve outcomes across all facets of life in Orange County. This approach to strategic philanthropy gives the Orange County community space to take risks, innovate, and actualize impact with a clear understanding of the problems we face.
ABOUT US
AdvanceOC is an opportunity for transformation. Our all-volunteer board is excited to introduce game-changing tools that will alter the way our community approaches policy and philanthropy. We are about grit and innovation. With a diverse team comprising backgrounds in technology, finance, theology, publishing, law, public policy, and healthcare, we bring unique perspectives to the problems at hand.
Most of all, we strive to compound our big hearts for compassion with action. We seek talent from all walks of life, encompassing all points of view. If you share our vision for a better Orange County and want to contribute your talents to help, connect with us today!
