AASCSC (Asian American Senior Citizens Service Center) empowers Asian American seniors and their families through access to health services, social programs, and civic engagement. Focusing on cultural preservation and cross-generational support, AASCSC is a hub for connection, care, and community advocacy.

Abrazar supports low-income seniors and families in Orange County with culturally sensitive programs focused on health, nutrition, socialization, and lifelong learning. With multilingual staff and deep community trust, Abrazar serves over 4,000 seniors annually—many of whom are isolated, immigrant, or underserved.

AdvanceOC supports the public and nonprofit sector by providing community research and data solutions to maximize public good. We specialize in pioneering data insights to uplift the stories of marginalized communities and champion data inclusivity for health, social, and economic equity.

Health Equity for African Americans League (HEAAL) works to improve health outcomes for Black communities in Orange County by identifying social determinants of health, collecting community data, and advocating for equity-focused solutions. Their collective includes churches, businesses, and local leaders united to create systemic change.

LGBTQ+ Collective is a collaborative of LGBTQ+ serving organizations in Orange County. Independently, these organizations offer a range of services from life-affirming programs to empowerment and advocacy activities.

OC Black Chamber of Commerce supports African American economic progress through access to capital, business development, and advocacy. Its mission includes strengthening Black-owned businesses, sharing vital resources, and building bridges across diverse communities for inclusive growth.
